Min andra postning här tror jag. Bus-lurker. I vilket fall:

13 december kommer europaparlamentet att rösta igenom ett förslag om att
spara all trafikdata. De svenska socialdemokraterna är drivande:

    Types of data to be retained under the categories identified in
    Article 4 of this Directive:

    (a) Data necessary to trace and identify the source of a
        communication:
       (i) Concerning Fixed Network Telephony:
           - The calling telephone number;
           - Name and address of the subscriber or registered user;
       (ii) Concerning Mobile Telephony:
            - The calling telephone number;
            - Name and Address of the subscriber or registered user;
       (iii) Concerning Internet Access, Internet e-mail and Internet
             telephony:
             - The Internet Protocol (IP) address, whether dynamic or
               static, allocated by the Internet access provider to a
               communication;
             - The User ID of the source of a communication;
             - The Connection Label or telephone number allocated to any
               communication entering the public telephone network;
             - Name and address of the subscriber or registered user to
               whom the IP address, Connection Label or User ID was
               allocated at the time of the communication.
    (b) Data necessary to trace and identify the destination of a
        communication:
       (i) Concerning Fixed Network Telephony:
           - The called telephone number or numbers;
           - Name(s) and address(es) of the subscriber(s) or registered
             user(s);
       (ii) Concerning Mobile Telephony:
           - The called telephone number or numbers;
           - Name(s) and address(es) of the subscriber(s) or registered
             user(s);
       (iii) Concerning Internet Access , Internet e-mail and Internet
             telephony:
             - The Connection Label or User ID of the intended
               recipient(s) of a communication;
             - Name(s) and address(es) of the subscriber(s) or registered
               user(s) who are the intended recipient(s) of the
               communication.
    (c) Data necessary to identify the date, time and duration of a
        communication:
        (i) Concerning Fixed Network Telephony and Mobile Telephony:
            - The date and time of the start and end of the
              communication.
        (ii) Concerning Internet Access, Internet e-mail and Internet
             telephony:
             - The date and time of the log-in and log-off of the
               Internet sessions based on a certain time zone.
    (d) Data necessary to identify the type of communication:
        (i) Concerning Fixed Network Telephony:
            - The telephone service used, e.g. voice, conference call,
              fax and messaging services.
        (ii) Concerning Mobile Telephony:
             - The telephone service used, e.g. voice, conference call,
               Short Message Service, Enhanced Media Service or Multi-
               Media Service.
    (e) Data necessary to identify the communication device or what
        purports to be the communication device:
        (i) Concerning Mobile Telephony:
            - The International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) of the
              calling and called party;
            - The International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) of the
              calling and called party.
        (ii) Concerning Internet Access, Internet e-mail and Internet
             telephony:
             - The calling telephone number for dial-up access;
             - The digital subscriber line (DSL) or other end point
               identifier of the originator of the communication;
             - The media access control (MAC) address or other machine
               identifier of the originator of the communication.
    (f) Data necessary to identify the location of mobile communication
        equipment:
        (i) The location label (Cell ID) at the start and end of the
            communication;
        (ii) Data mapping between Cell IDs and their geographical
             location at the start and end of the communication.


Det här är ett ändringsförslag som lagts av Anna Hedh (s). Naturligtivs
har hon inte skrivit det själv, det kommer direkt från regeringen:

Hedh vill dessutom att internetdata skall sparas *minst* sex månader,
övriga data *minst* ett år. Hedh vill inte ersätta faktiska kostnader
("demonstrated additional costs") utan endast delar av rimliga kostnader
("some reimbursement for reasonable costs").

Jag ber om ursäkt för att jag postar här, men eftersom en del av er
hostar burkar för ovannämnda trafik borde det vara av intresse.
