Almost there! Arla 0.37rc5 on Mac OS X 10.3.5

Hi Paul,

I successfully got Heimdal build with

  ./configure  --prefix=/Users/marino/local --with-openssl --without-krb4

make && make install

I use arla 0.37 with kalog from arla 0.36,2

I compiled arla 0.37 with

./configure --without-krb4 --with-krb5=/Users/marino/local 
CPPFLAGS='-DBIND_8_COMPAT -DHAVE_OPENSSL
