Arla 0.35.9pre4 problems/comments

Since you told arla that "jpl" is a cell(in CellServDB), it will
believe it is a cell, and not use your "jpl.nasa.gov" tokens for it.
You might not want to use Dynroot at the moment if you must have the
jpl alias in /afs.

We are working on alias support in Dynroot, but it is not present in
0.35.9pre4. It will be present in the next major release, but it
hasn't been moved to the 0.35 branch, and I don't know if we will do
that.
