no AFS in Mac OS X Classic?

This is because Classic doesn't support file systems that can't handle
getattrlist. Apple's file system team can't say when and if support
for other file systems will be implemented in Classic.

We could make it work by implementing getattrlist, but I have looked
into that, and it's quite difficult, since they depend on 32-bit file
ids.
