arla-0.35.4 prevents login on Mac OS X

When the arla 0.35.3 Mac OS X binary package is already installed on a
machine, installation of the arla 0.35.4 package will only overwrite
those files that are present in both versions. The directory
/System/Library/StartupItems/Arla/Resources exists only in 0.35.3 and
will disturb the startup of the machine.

If you have installed 0.35.4 on top of 0.35.3, please remove that
directory.

Uninstalling 0.35.3 by double-clicking the receipt in
/Library/Receipts will not work.
