There should be an log entry in /var/log/messages that tells you what
happend.
If not you can try to turn on arla debugging with `fs arladeb almost-all'
(and turn it off with `fs arladeb -almost-all' or `fs arladeb none'
depending on arla version).
There should be a hint what goes wrong in /var/log/messages.

I think its something that the server dislikes about the token. On a
transarc-host, can use use kinit and afslog and get it to work too ?
How does tokens look on a transarc host ?
