Changes in release 0.34.5:

* Bug fixes

This is just a bug-fix release, no new functionality in introduced.

0.34.6 fixes the bad bug that bit the Solaris xfs in last release. There is
also a workaround for the problem that Jochen Saile found with mmap files.

This release also contain the fix that made it close to impossible for root
to get new tokens once the first pair expired on files that had been
recycled.
