These are just warnings, append conf/services to /etc/services
and they will go away. As these numbers are default, arlad will
work either way.

For some reason arlad on your machine can't establish an UDP
connection to the fileservers mentioned. This is done on
UDP ports 7000, 7001 ... (see above)

Have a look at your network traffic (tcpdump) and see if there are
actually packets leaving the big iron. Are there any port filters or
other firewalls between the s390 and 9.117.192.2 ?

The ThisCell and CellServDB files should be identical on
all machines in your cell.
