disconnected mode for arla

   I am told by someone that the disconnected operations does
not work well. But I have tried it in my source code and it
works. The version I used to implement disconnected part is
arla 0.7.2. Now I am trying to install the lastest version
of arla 0.22 but I have some problems in compiling it. I
will let you know after I have installed it.
