Kan inte annat än att hålla med. Supporten är väldig viktigt.

Vi har nyligen själva lämnat supermicro just pga den typen av support.  
Dom små svenska leverantörerna av supermicro kunde enligt vår  
erfarenhet inte leverera dom tjänsterna och när vi nu har haft ett  
flertal supermicro som gått sönder och får köpa helt ny hårdvara för  
att antingen garantin gått ut eller att vi fått göra en RMA och stå  
utan maskin medan RMA'n pågår.

Supermicro är väldigt duktiga och har en väldigt bra "kund support"  
men får man dom inte att vara på plats med nya delar så måste man  
själv stå med reservdelar för alla tänkbara konfigurationer och det är  
inte heller så billigt.
