dropbox fails from arla

Right.  I used system:anyuser, with rights 'li'.

In /afs/iastate.edu/users/13/16/gendalia/public I have the ktrace
output in dropbox_ktrace.txt, and dropbox_arladebug.txt has the
arladebug output.
