dropbox fails from arla

Hi Tracy!

So you made a dir where the user has insert but not write rights? In
that case the AFS client should allow the first write. Can you give us
a strace/ptrace/whatever of the program that writes and maybe output
from syslog after "fs arladebug almost-all"? If that does not help
we'll need the nnpfsdebug output but that is the next stage.
