hints for compiling Arla on OS X 10.3

Put in in Applications folder or it wont work, also you need to put your
cellname in /etc/openafs/ThisCell.

Failure is communicated with silence, you want to get tickets first with
native macos kinit or Kerberos extra.

See arla/appl/mac/make-mac-package.sh, it builds a mac packge for you, and
if you are lucky, it even mange to get the permission bits right in the
kernel module.
