Arla and OSX 10.3

Hi there,

is there any plan to add OS X 10.3 to supported platforms?

Although 0.35.12 can be done on an individual basis using gcc 3.1 to 
propose Arla to a wider group one needs to be able to show *official* 
support. The other option is OpenAFS but there is the feel that Arla is 
better suited for laptop users.
