Arla 0.3.5.11, Mac OS X 10.2.6 Finder

We were not able to get Arla to build on the Panther seed. gcc 
complained about about a missing file. We spent all of fifteen minutes 
looking for a solution and then had to get back to "real work". You 
know, the kind that pays the bills but is much less interesting. . .
