Can you try /afs/zepa.net/user/kolya/arla/rmdir-bug/inbox2.tar.gz?
It's a zero-file-sized version of the same directory I found the
bug in.

  orbit~/test/priv429> tar -zxf ~/arla/rmdir-bug/inbox2.tar.gz
  orbit~/test/priv430> cd inbox
  orbit~/test/priv/inbox431> \rm #*
  orbit~/test/priv/inbox432> ls
  orbit~/test/priv/inbox433> cd ../inbox
  orbit~/test/priv/inbox434> ls
  1       11      13      15      17      19      3       4       6       8
  10      12      14      16      18      2       35      5       7       9
  orbit~/test/priv/inbox435>

It's a bit more difficult right now for me to generate that..
But if you can't reproduce it with the tar file above, I'll
be happy to do this.
