FreeBSD 5.0 vnode_if.h creation method.

Guys,

    I have downloaded arla-0.35.11 source archive recently and find that
configure fails to detect appropriate method for vnode_if.h creation.

    Does anybody interested in appropriate patch to
cf/bsd-header-vnode-if-h.m4?
