Arla and Mac OS X

Ok, I think I need some assistans. I downloaded 0.35.10pre5 and ran:
./configure         (I also tried ./configure --disable-mmap as 
suggested for Mac OS X 10.1)
make

make ends with:

Are there any obvious option flags that I have missed?
Which kerberos should I have installed?
