Arla and Mac OS X

Now there is pre7 in the same location, it fixes some problems with mmap
files that cpp triggers.

Pre7 also adds support for netbsd 1.6 (and netbsd current)

All issues with 0.35.10 that I think should be fixed are now fixed, so if
there isn't any more fatal issues coming up, this is what will come a
release in a couple of days.
