FW: Arla and OSX 10.2

Aaron, (or someone else on the list)

Can you walk me through these changes? I am anxious to unpack my 10.2
upgrade but can't do without AFS. I don't mind if the post is too pedantic,
but I can't decipher what Aaron did to make his Arla work.
