Cannot write files

Hello!

I am using arla from a linux laptop to reach files on a solaris
system and it seems I cannot write files over AFS. Arla isn't
read-only is it? I am using versions arla-current-20010909 and
kth-krb4-1.0.9.

What happens is that the file is created but nothing is ever written
to it. Instead the writing application hangs. Delete files over AFS
works though.

Any help is appreciated.
