Problem with running as AFS client on Tru65 OS V5.1a

     I have installed arla on a Tru65 machine wirh OS version V5.1a. I did
as mentioned in the arla
     installation manual. Compiled kerberos first and then arla. Installed
the files in /usr/athena and
     /usr/arla. The I did the followin to start arla on the machine.But I
can not login to AFS which gives
    an error as shown in the last lines. What Iam doing wrong? Thanks in
