Arla startup script and Kerberos Authenticate problems

I have installed on my Mac OS X 10.0.3 the new Arla package 0.35.4 
and I have used the Arla Configuration application  to adopt my 
settings (start at boot and Cell setup).

I have 2 problems:

1. the Arla startup script doesn't work and it breaks the completion 
of the entire startup process ( SSH, NFS...) as well. Only renaming 
the Arla directory to ZArla, it's possible to allow the Startup 
Completion.   If I launch from the terminal the same Arla script 
after the Startup then it works fine and I can see the afs file sytem.

2. After I mounted the afs manually, I tried to use the 'Kerberos 
Authenticate' apllication  but it replies me 'Authorization Failed'. 
I have also installed  Kerberos version 4 which cames with the 
athena-1.05 package.
