Arla 0.35.4pre8

We have put together a pre-release of 0.35.4, and it is available at
ftp://ftp.stacken.kth.se/pub/arla/snap/arla-0.35.4pre8.tar.gz

It includes the following changes:

* Configuration program for Mac OS X

* General update of the osf/1 code, might even work now

* Erroneous reuse of cache nodes fixed

* Bug fixes

Things we haven't fixed:

* FreeBSD mmap problems


Could you please test this snapshot, so that we know that we haven't
introduced any new bugs. The real release will be available shortly (?).
