.cell in dynroot

I don't think we have any support for that (yet?) together with
dynroot, but I can think of situations where it might be useful. I
have to think about it some more how we can put that into the code in
the best way. In the meantime you'll have to make your rw moutpoint
for your real root.cell somewhere else in the tree.
