Network is down

Have installed arla-0.35.2 and can get to pdc.kth.se, mech.kth.se,
it.kth.se, stacken.kth.se, etc. But when I try to reach nada.kth.se I
only get "Network is down".

This cell:
pdc.kth.se

TheseCells:
pdc.kth.se
nada.kth.se

(since I have seen these in use on other systems).

Have probable made something stupid, but if anyone has some hints they
would certainly be appreciated.
