can't klog

Hello! There,
     I installed arla-0.33.1 on my FreeBSD 5.0 Current system.  Before this, I
also download and installed kth-krb4 from www.stacken.kth.se.  I also configured
files in /usr/local/etc/, such as CellServDB, ThisCell.  However, after I run 
startarla successfully, I met problem to run klog xxx.  It gives me an error
message said, 
     klog: Unable to authenticate to Kerberos: Can't send request (send_to_kdc)
Can anybody help me out of this trouble!
