According to Dr A V Le Blanc:

> klog: Unable to authenticate to Kerberos: Principal expired (kerberos)

What is your "correct information in /etc/krb.conf"?

I have:

  monk:~$ cat /etc/krb.conf
  WU-WIEN.AC.AT
  WU-WIEN.AC.AT afsdb1.wu-wien.ac.at
  WU-WIEN.AC.AT afsdb2.wu-wien.ac.at
  WU-WIEN.AC.AT afsdb4.wu-wien.ac.at
  TRANSARC.COM xafs1.transarc.com
  TRANSARC.COM xafs2.transarc.com
  TRANSARC.COM xafs3.transarc.com

And "klog" (with all the recent patches) works without any problems
for the transarc.com cell (but only with TRANSARC.COM lines in
/etc/krb.conf).

  monk:~$ tokens
  ...
User's (AFS ID 11611) tokens for afs at wu-wien.ac.at [Expires Mar 16 16:23]

  monk:~$ klog wlang at transarc.com
  wlang at transarc.com's Password: ******

  monk:~$ tokens
  ...
User's (AFS ID 11611) tokens for afs at wu-wien.ac.at [Expires Mar 16 16:23]
User's (AFS ID 8333) tokens for afs at transarc.com [Expires Mar 17 16:00]
