XFS SoftAssert when doing hard links in AFS?

`fs xfsdebug almost' (or all or some other level)

`fs xfsdebug none'

and then look at the syslog to see what had been going on.  Either a
log of this behaviour happening or preferably a short program that
re-creates the problem would help us.

The plan is to merge more roken-code between arla and kth-krb and
finally do a libroken distribution (that can also be included in arla,
kth-krb, and other places).
