odd behaviour

Hello,

Has anyone had trouble (or even tried) klogging to DESY (desy.de) with
arla? I can klog to SLAC (slac.stanford.edu) and RAL (rl.ac.uk) OK but not
DESY. The transarc client on our Solaris box is fine in this regard. The
message I get from DESY is "klog: Unable to authenticate to Kerberos:
Retry count exceeded (send_to_kdc)".

If I use "snoop" on one of our Suns (transarc client) I see the
following:

hepsun2.ph.qmw.ac.uk -> shiva.desy.de ICMP Destination unreachable (Bad
port)
shiva.desy.de -> hepsun2.ph.qmw.ac.uk UDP D=53866 S=7004 LEN=73

Could the blocked icmp port have something to do with this? I don't see
this at RAL or SLAC.
