Problems with arla-0.33.1

The problem seems to be that a lot of the configure tests for
KTH Kerberos 4, version 1.0.2 are failing.  I find in the 
config.h file:

/* #undef HAVE_KRB_AFSLOG_UID */
/* #undef HAVE_LIBKRBAFS */
/* #undef HAVE_KRB_GET_DEFAULT_TKT_ROOT */
/* #undef HAVE_KRB_KDCTIMEOFDAY */
/* #undef HAVE_KRB_GET_ERR_TEXT */

I'm sure some of these ought to be found.  I am compiling with
explicit arguments to configure:

     --with-krb4-lib=/usr/contrib/packages/kthkrb/lib \
     --with-krb4-include=/usr/contrib/packages/kthkrb/include
 
but the tests are still failing, I guess.
