Patch for Arla on Linux 2.3.39+

Hi. As of Linux 2.3.39, there are now 2 setgroups() system calls on Linux
in some cases: one for 32-bit GIDs, and a backwards compatibility one for
16-bit GIDs. Arla needs to handle both of them to preserve PAGs properly.

It compiles, but I haven't gotten around to actually running Arla on 2.3
yet... it's on my list of things to do.
