It seam that you can't talk to stacken's vldb-server, don't you have any
local afs-servers. Put your cellname in /usr/arla/etc/ThisCell instead of
stacken.kth.se.

Only if you IP masquerading doesn't forward udp packets at all.

Assar has commited some code that make rx more NAT (masquerading)
compatible, that will be in 0.30.
