kernel crashes with linux-2.2.1[34] and arla >= 0.28

Now, with my simple test the crash did not occure but there is enough
strangeness here so the crashes that occure normally on stopping
(killing) the arlad may relateted to these problems.

I put some files on the Web:

The commands that produced the log:

Interesting that /afs has no content and blindly accessing
/afs/tu-chemnitz.de gives "Interrupted system call".

I have to note the following what might be relevant: Our AFS-Cell hasn't
a standard structure:

$ ls -a -1 /afs/
./
../
.tu-chemnitz.de/
.tucz@
.world/
tu-chemnitz.de/
tucz@
world/

/afs/world contains all the other cells of the world.
