building against arla libs

Many of the header files and libraries installed with arla fail to be useful
in building third party afs utilities. They functionality is all there,
the include files link to incorrect places though, including rxkad.h without
the rx/ prefix. Also, many of the libs depend on things in libutil which
does not get installed and is also probably a poor choice of name as a
libutil is included with glibc. There are also several places where it
would be nice if certain types such as int32 and u_int32 where defined in
headers.

Are there any plans to fix these, and to provide a quick guide for which
headers and libraries would provide a fairly good substitution in building
third party afs using software against arla's libs instead of transarc's?
