File transfer failures?

Can you try the snapshot 2000-02-04
<ftp://ftp.stacken.kth.se/pub/arla/snap/arla-20000204.tar.gz> since there
have been a lot of bulkstatus fixes.

The snap isn't perfect, but seams so far to work better then 0.30.  We need
to getcwd working better on fbsd before a release.
