xfs/linux/bin/Makefile.in in CVS

Hi all,

The Makefile for xfs in the latest CVS sources has some behavior I'd like to
suggest changing.  It unconditionally installs arla's SYSV init script.  I think
it'd be nicer if the install target treated this script a bit more like the
install target in conf/Makefile handles existing configuration files - it
doesn't overwrite them.  We've modified the startup script locally and would
like to keep those mods in place across installs of new versions of arla.  I
doubt we're unique in doing this kind of local mod.
