arlad bug

Ah; your patch does indeed fix the arla-cli problem. Looks like I had the
1.110 version of arlad/inter.c but for some reason make didn't pick it up
as being newer (maybe I originally built on some machine with a clock way
ahead..), and didn't rebuild arlad; forcing a rebuild generated an arlad
which didn't exhibit the bug.
