Heimdal's ktutil can convert between: srvtab, keytab and AFS KeyFile.

Keytab -> KeyFile

  ktutil copy FILE:keytab.afs AFSKEYFILE:KeyFile

srvtab -> KeyFile

  ktutil copy krb4:srvtab.afs AFSKEYFILE:KeyFile
