Compiling arla 0.31+ with MIT KRB5

I'm trying to compile arla without kerberos (I don't need it for my
purposes and I only have a non-root account, so I can't install
kerberos).. I tried

./configure --without-krbX

for X={4,5,N} with no luck... all I get is this:
