We only write code for the latest unstable kernel (when we try to keep it
up to date). There have been lots and lots of changes between 2.3.43 to
2.3.99-pre5.

Now there is some basic support for 2.3.99-pre5, but it wont work proppery
since they have stopped exporting some symbols we need (they are exported
in pre-pre6 patches). With some luck it might work.
