The extra spaces you get seems to indicate that you're CellServDB is
incorrect.  That part of your CellServDB should probably look like the
following:

>informatik.uni-tuebingen.de	#informatik, Universitaet Tuebingen
134.2.12.2			#pu-afs.Informatik.Uni-Tuebingen.De
134.2.10.50			#ra-afs.informatik.uni-tuebingen.de.
134.2.14.2			#ti-afs1.Informatik.Uni-Tuebingen.De.

(and you probably have an extra space between the `#' and `ra-afs...'
