I have 2 machines, a FreeBSD-4.0 CURRENT machine, and a FreeBSD-3.1
RELEASE machine. arla will not compile on the 3.1 machine, it gives me an
error about some MOUNT_AFS not being declared or something. 


if this doesn't help, I can be more specific later.
