KTH pam_krb4.so doesn't support use_first_pass or try_first_pass.  I have 
patches that implement them, but they're tangled up in a lot of other 
(failed) experimental PAM crap that I need to rip back out before submitting 
them.

I don't recall if ignore_root is in there, or if it wasn't and I added it.
