arla 0.12 has missing modversions.h

The reason is because the kernel folks don't want it to end up in the 
dependencies, so they use "gcc ... -DMODVERSIONS -include 
linux/modversions.h" instead.  This makes life difficult for the maintainers 
of separate modules.
