arla 0.20: getcwd & XFS panics

This can be done in fewer steps quite safely:

1.  Rename /lib/getcwd.so to /lib/getcwd.so.old
2.  Copy /usr/arla/lib/getcwd.so to /lib/getcwd.so
3.  Reboot the system when convenient (immediate reboot is not necessary but
    is probably a good idea).

The danger is in overwriting a shared library which is in use with a 
different version.
