I was thinking the other way around, delegate subdomain and then setup server, but now the server should be answering to dr.kth.se <http://dr.kth.se/> on 46.252.205.170.

Are you sure about the dig command? Because this (up and running) has the same output:

$ dig @46.252.205.170 speqtrum.ths.kth.se

Are we talking about @dr.kth.se <http://dr.kth.se/> domains? Since we don’t own a ths.se <http://ths.se/> either, it belongs to a "Teologiska Högskolan Stockholm” that is not our student union.

If so, IT support has the ability to create email groups that can be managed from the KTH website. It would suffice to put them in their hands.
