Without setting up a correct DNS, you can't do that. Would I be the
hostmaster at KTH I would not delegate a subdomain unless you have
a correct DNS setup.

Looks like someone at the PhD chapter which did set up the email aliases

did not think as far. I'll have to ask exactly how these aliases are created so
that we change the right files. You may in the meantime look who you want in the
following email aliases:

sekr at dr.ths.se
styrelse at dr.ths.se
vordf at dr.ths.se

Regarding the urgency: As doktorandsektionen.se was modified 2016-02-02 [1], you'll excuse
if "URGENT" is a bit relative here.

Who trusts unsigned emails anyway (including this one? ;-)
