[Clubs] NUCCC 2014

Hello everyone, Update here.

NUCCC 2013 has experienced a delay and is now NUCCC 2014. What we would 
like to know now is which of the following dates works best for you:

   * 4-6 april 2014

   * 18-20 april 2014

We would really appreciate a response before 5 november so we can go 
ahead and book things. :)
