Enligt mansidan :

samt
rdroptions ::= [ tcpudp | protocol ] [ rr ] [ "frag" ] [ age ] [ clamp ] 

så jag antar att din :
rdr xl1 0/32 port 2222 -> 192.168.0.52 port 2222
skall skrivas :
rdr xl1 0/32 port 2222 -> 192.168.0.52 port 2222 tcpudp
